I have been struggling with my depression and anxiety since i was 12 years old, and taking all types of medication since i was 14 for 4 years. The office environment is very calm and relaxing, the staff were professional and friendly and communication was clear. It was a great experience with them.
I saw an ad on FB for Neurostim TMS and wanted to see if it would help me. I have been on antidepressants for over 20 years and they've only somewhat helped. The time commitment to completing 7 weeks of TMS therapy is well worth it! I feel WAY better. More energy, much less depression and anxiety and my reactions to situations are much more calm and controlled. The staff are fantastic and really do everything they can to make you comfortable and understand the process.
As a new patient, I have started and most recently completed my "first session" with TMS. My experience was very positive, and found the technicians to be supportive, professional, knowledgeable, caring, and nonjudgemental. This leaves me with hopefulness and clarity, as I begin to face what my next steps will be. KG
