I've been working with Dr. Paul for a while now and wouldn't trust my training to anyone else! He's helped me recover from an ankle injury and strengthen all the parts of my body necessary to be a great college athlete! I wish I could bring him with me, and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone!!!
