No one ever calls back despite leaning voicemails. Unprofessional office.
This place and staff are incompetent and complete waste of time. I waited an hour to be seen, only to have to inform the staff that I was still there in the exam room they placed me in and no updates were given to me. They don’t provide care at all, and have no understanding on how to properly manage a schedule or at the very least be aware enough to inform patients that there is a delay. Update: It took a long while before they answered but so far I was able to get one of the documents needed. Just waiting on confirmation of the other documents. It has been a very difficult time reaching anybody in this office. I've had to have my husband email and reach out to them ON MY BEHALF because they keep transferring me to someone that clearly is never in office. They are no different in Palmdale office they have the same problem, Terrible staff unprofessional, they don't call back and if try to make and appointment with doctor Parsa his voice mail is full they don't check at all, I just had surgery yesterday at the Palmdale regional hospital, doctor Parsa was going to do the remove a disc on my neck and put a new one inn disc they abort the surgery after they have open my neck in the lower front, they closed the wound cause he told that there was scar tissue damage, Dr Parsa told me... read more
