Treatment is good quick and easy
We all know the "team" behind the doctors are just as important as the doctors themselves. This is where the NeuroSpine Institute really shines. Every single person you'll encounter (from the front desk to the nurses) are very kind, helpful, and patient. I've not encountered one single person I didn't like, including Dr. Singh who is also the same.
Don’t be dumb and ignore reviews like I did. I waited an hour and a half for Dr Sadoughi to call me (phone appointment) but she never did. I called multiple times and was told to wait and that’s she’s running behind. I ended up having them message her and she said she wasn’t seeing me since she only knows how to treat headaches/migraines. I don’t even have a diagnosis yet Staff said said neurologists get up to an hour to call back patients. Absolutely horrible experience with Dr. Shafa. Extremely rude, arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The way he speaks to people is disgusting and unacceptable. Someone who treats patients and families with this level of disrespect does NOT deserve respect in return. Respect goes both ways, and Dr. Shafa clearly has none for the people who come to him for help. Honestly, I seriously question how someone with this attitude became a doctor.
