I honestly don’t recognize this office from some of the negative reviews I’ve read. My experience was absolutely immaculate. From the start, my doctors Dr.Rajamand Dr. Mudda were attentive and took the time for a true 1-on-1 consultation, answering every single question until I felt completely confident. No one ever calls back despite leaning voicemails. Unprofessional office.
This place and staff are incompetent and complete waste of time. I waited an hour to be seen, only to have to inform the staff that I was still there in the exam room they placed me in and no updates were given to me. They don’t provide care at all, and have no understanding on how to properly manage a schedule or at the very least be aware enough to inform patients that there is a delay. Update: It took a long while before they answered but so far I was able to get one of the documents needed. Just waiting on confirmation of the other documents. It has been a very difficult time reaching anybody in this office. I've had to have my husband email and reach out to them ON MY BEHALF because they keep transferring me to someone that clearly is never in office. I have tried several times to reach said person because there is paperwork that I need to obtain and I have heard back from no one. I am constantly transfe... read more
