A friend was in immense pain and needing to undergo surgery. Not only was Dr Kern late for the appointment - half an hour from a lunch break then an extra 15 after making a coffee - but he behaved as though he hadn't reviewed her scans, basically rushed us out thr door and his reception were not very friendly. We were trying to push to get the surgery done and had so much following up to do. Everything was efficient from first appointment to follow up after surgery. Dr paul taylor did a microdisectomy. After 2 weeks i feel normal again. The pain i had from sciatica was debilitating. Thank you guys.
Discriminated against me for not having a very specific type of hospital cover despite me being able to pay completely out of pocket for treatment. Complete waste of time being referred here and they should be disgusted with the hoops they make people jump through . 1 star is the lowest score I can give .

I can’t recommend Dr Michael Kern highly enough. Over the past two years, I have experienced nothing but professionalism, kindness and genuine care from Dr Kern and his team. I was really scared as I have not had a procedure before but he always took the time to explain things to me; making sure I’m comfortable and understand. Thankyou so much Dr Kern, nurse Emma and Wendy for taking such good care of me before and after surgery. I am forever grateful for what you all have done for me.
