Nothing wrong with Dr. Paul Taylor. Very conservative but reasonable in his approach which is what you want, seems very intelligent too, good understanding of the current science. Not a hack & slash surgeon at all. 5 stars for that. But, 30 minutes is not enough time for an appointment. Especially with a surgeon, its enough to be told some things, but not enough to poke, prod, ask questions, go into data & detail, & really identify exactly what your trying to treat, & how. If appointments were an hour or more, possibly even ... read more

Workplace incident which resulted in a workers compensation claim being accepted. Had surgery early this year from Dr. Kern lumbar microdiscectomy L4/L5-post surgery (first 3 months was good) very slow recovery but managed to gain strength and mobility. Unfortunately everything went downhill. Loss control of left leg, terrible pain which results in me taking 5x 10mg endone daily, unable to drive a manual vehicle, can't sit for longer then 1hr. Let alone trying to ride my motorcycle, go fishing or even putting the dishes away... read more

Its already clear that your offices are under staffed from my first encounter. I'm reading replies to reviews saying it's out of your control so it's already clear don't take responsibility for your short falls. Umm, no, it's not. It's completely your issue and yours alone to fix. Looking like you guys are a victim of private medicine arrogance. These reviews are a dumpster fire and I've just been referred to you. Wondering what I'm in for here because you guys are looking like cowboys.

I DON'T reccomend Mr Kern at all, I wish I read reviews prior to having further surgeries with him. I've now had 2 failed microdisectomies for L5S1. Not only did he not want to fix his own work, he was dismissive and not interested in any sort of follow-up care, despite my repeated concerns that I was not right and unable to sit, stand, bend or work. The pinching and numbness had increased, which led me to falls. I've now found a new surgeon to fix me with fusion and I was given the validation that Mr Kern butchered me and l... read more

Andrew Miles and David Hamilton have honestly changed my life. I first saw Andrew back in 2015 when he did my 1st surgery (prior to this surgery my back pain was unbearable and was affecting my day to day life). After the surgery I was like a new person and was literally pain free for 7 years before having my second surgery in 2022. Unfortunately my arthritis pain starting spreading to my hip (completely different area) in 2024, Andrew picked this up by sending me for the necessary scans and as soon as it was confirmed, hand... read more
