Went for an appointment last week, alas they couldn't complete the full conceltation as their equipment was playing up so I was rescheduled for a further appointment. It turned out that this appointment didn't work for me so I rang their national number several times to cancel. When you get through you are put on hold for quite a while , told you will be answered by the next available operator umpteen times.
