This is definitely the worst doctor's office. The staff is fine but dealing their automated service and trying to talk to somebody at their office on the phone is horrible. You can never get through. They never give you a call back. It does not matter how many times you call them and leave a message. It's going ok 4 weeks now, and still no call back.
I brought my grandmother here for an appointment, but while the nurses took in everyone else from the waiting room, they left her waiting. We had arrived at 11:30 and waited until 4. for her to leave, wasn’t even full, Absolutely unacceptable service.
The NPs have been great during appointments however, 1 month off my medication because a PA has not been completed is unacceptable and despite calling almost daily, they say we will pass the message but nothing more.
