I had my first visit with Dr. Wright on his last day at Methodist in The Woodlands. I was very impressed with his professionalism and compassion so I followed him to his new location. Now, I am seeing his PA Nancy Ho. Nancy is great. She is very friendly, thorough, articulate and professional. She listens to my concerns and is able to explain my options for treatment in a manner that I understand.
Very disappointed with my experience with this office. The staff has been consistently unprofessional from the nurses attitude to dismissal behavior of the front desk. The manager also tried to excuse their mistakes rather than address them. Every visit seems to come with a new issue. Dr. Wright is a great doctor, but he truly deserves a more reliable and professional team to reflect the quality of his care.
One of the worst doctor's office I've ever been too. It was a hassle just trying to get referred to this clinic and when I went in for my 1st appointment I waited 1 ½ hrs despite arriving early. Then when I went to get tested for a qEEG the administrator was very unprofessional. She had her belongings on the floor, told my husband to sit on a dirty chair which she did not provide the white sheet that was supposed to be on the chair. Very disgusted with the lack of attention or consideration they have for their patients. My girlfriend has something severely wrong with her kneck and head. She's all but begged them to give her any answers and they don't even return her calls to let her know that "they're too busy" or "that they're working on it" .... DON'T EXPECT ANY RESULTS IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. She waited 2 months to get her appointment and now 3 months total with no response or results.
