Such a gifted human not only in neurosurgery but as a great communicator and genuine person. Dr. Mauer is not hurried and is meticulous in his practice. You will never find a better neurosurgeon.
Dr. Maurer is a brilliant neurosurgeon. The absolute best! Not only is he a "Man's man," but more importantly, he is what I refer to as a "Doctor's doctor." His expertise in neurological disorders is beyond reproach, his bedside manner is the same. From my experience with Dr. Maurer, he cares deeply for his patient's ailments by touching upon every aspect of what is happening with the patient. Had a visit with Dr. Mauer yesterday where he explained what my condition was and how the surgery would be done.He was very informative and took time to listen to me and my wife about our concerns.
