Very kind and explain everything. Won't suggest unnecessary surgeries excellent post op care and professional.
Always very thorough in discussions on my problem and progress. Great surgical results. Staff is outstanding
A waste of time. He could’ve told me what he thought over the phone.
Dr Lochhead has performed both of my spinal surgeries. He really cares about the welfare and proper healing of his patients, and does his upmost to make sure that his patients have their mobility back . His bedside manner is impeccable. I like the fact that my surgeries were explained in great detail, as well as expected recovery times and any possible complications . The post surgery care from Dr. Lochhead and his staff is so caring , and makes recovery so much easier to deal with. I love the fact that I can call with any q... read more
First, he spent less than 5 minutes with me. His back to me whole time until he randomly turned around and blurted that I must have broken my ribs. He could not explain my pain. He said it does not coincide with the injury seen on my MRI. Such a ridiculous statement, as I had several MRIs, CAT scans, and x-rays. I highly doubt broken ribs would be missed. Operated on my nephew after a horrific MVA November 7, 2020..Massive TBI, not likely to survive.,,This surgeon performed nothing short of a miraculous surgery..Literally half of my nephews head was missing! Today, he hashad an AMAZING recovery! If not for this brilliant surgeon, who did not give up, my nephew would have passed or been in a vegetative state! Happy to report, near full recovery and is a dad to a 7 year old!God Bless you, Sir
I would highly recommend Dr Lochhead. Not only is he highly educated and skilled as a neurosurgeon but he relates well with his patients and makes one feel at ease about their upcoming and post surgery.
Failed to consider early decompression for traumatic spinal cord injury.
Dr Lochhead was my moms brain surgeon 6 yrs ago & he was amazing, very tentative to her and she seen him quite often aftwards and he always gives her a hug and sits and talks to us, his demeanor is amazing & Very caring. When she was in hospital last year he stopped in on his way home to see her and went over her chart to see if he could help in anyway, that is how caring & genuine he is!!! We trust everything he says & recomends for her. We wish he could be her primary doctor & doc for everything I highly recommend him We l... read more
