I am not a frequent reviewer.. I tend to only review when it's really good or really bad. Let me start by saying that we had high hopes for this facility, and looking at their name makes one visualize a highly specialized program for rehabilitation. PLEASE please please! If you are looking to place your child into a pediatric skilled nursing facility, please LOOK at another, more notable facility in Vegas. There is a reason not many reviews exist when googling their name as the previous company was named CAREMERIDIAN. The administrator, Misty, is a DISHONEST, poor hiring decision as she COVERS UP patient neglect reports to protect her ignorant, conniving staff. ust look at their 29 deficiences from the 2023 survey. Funny how this place hasn't had a review in years. Perhaps a bit of deleting is going on instead of talking care of the patients. Never in my life would I recommend this horrific place. I could go on and on. Post pics. But the list is incredibly long as to what is wrong with this place.
