This company has been incredibly helpful from the get go - between the initial phone calls and meetings with the admin staff to our fortnightly appointments with our therapists we couldn’t be happier! The team members at this clinic have gone above and beyond to ensure all of our needs are catered to and the communication we receive is nothing but professional. The worst experience of any therapies that I sourced for my son on NDIS. The speech therapist started branching off into some kind of "behavioural therapy" by ringing me out of the blue and when I told Cathleen that I am about to have an appointment in 10 minutes she still insisted on asking me a list of ridiculous questions, such as if my son is going to murder anyone and some question about sexual behaviours.
