They are an amazing place. I felt very cared for and they really had patience. I was very nervous about the testing walking in but they made sure to explain and calm me to understand what they were looking for to help me not judge me or make me feel worried. Best time to call is after 9AM. We want to share our positive experience with Neuropsychology Ltd's office. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and Dr. Jennen was knowledgeable and compassionate. We were impressed by the level of customer service and would definitely recommend this office to others.

Like everyone else says don't bother wasting your time with this place. One of the worsts places ever. Don't answer the phone don't give call backs if you leave voice-mail how the hell they still have this place here and running is beyond me. If you get referred here by your primary care like I did change it the moment you get that referral. Staff does not return (multiple) phone calls and voice messages. Staff does not respond to (multiple) fax referrals from my primary care physician. Staff and doctors were rude and felt uncaring (too busy to care??), even when I drove down to the office to speak with them in person about their unresponsiveness. I strongly suggest not interacting in any way with this office, they felt totally detached and uncaring in my interactions with them.
