I felt so optimistic and relieved when I spoke to Dr. Juni on the phone about my son. I had a phone call and some email communication with him. I turned in the required paperwork, got the documents from his doctors and sent them in. It’s been over a month… can’t get a response to email or voicemail messages. I just think it’s extremely unprofessional and I’m hurt and frustrated as a parent seeking help for her son. I have just wasted these past couple months when I could have been looking for someone else.
