I was solely calling to inquire about testing and the woman on the phone was the rudest person I have ever come across. She not only was acting if I was stupid and did not understand basic English but she was sighing during the whole call. I have never felt so disrespected trying to receive mental health services. Amazing facility and Doctors! The appointments are spread out through months because it might be the only place that takes insurance in the city for neuropsych testing.

The staff here are great. They take the time to listen and make you feel heard. The tests are long but I can't tell you how good it feels to finally have as much details on my condition as I received from the evaluation process. If nothing else please follow through on this you be glad you did. Now my healing can start.

Just got out of a pretty casual final meet from a 4 part (spanned out to 6-months long) final evaluation. Hafeez discussed that our child would need some services, we were given 2 options based on our son's results with the testing examiner, who was an excellent communicator and provided a warm and welcoming environment for parents, especially to those that have not heard of the practice before. Hafeez was recommended by a friend, and though the experience and outcome was not as expected, she was able to provide a diagnosis.
