Agreed to take us on for family therapy, was informed of the challenging context--divorce, custody battle; was eager to start right away, seemed to worry only about getting full fee; then, without explanation, refused treatment. Precious time was wasted, legal situation made worse. Unreliable, rude, uncaring--don't bother if your problem is more serious than a missing cat.
