The people here aren't bad doctors. Something is just very off. Every doctor who works here leaves. You never know who you're going to see. If you ask to hold off on scheduling another appointment until you know your next availability, they automatically take you off the list as a patient and you have to start the process of intake all over again. This happened twice.

Oh my im so damn mad, one month I've been trying to contact them saying that the authorization hasn't went through with the doctor for my medication with my insurance, they kept telling me that they would do the paper work but no, one month of telling me bullshit I had to come out 87 dollars for some damn medication, doctor went on leave during my scheduled appointment anyway.
If I could give them zero stars I would. My husband and son used to have an amazing dr.but unfortunately she is gone. This place has gone way down hill. He only gets to talk to a nurse. They don't refill prescriptions quickly. There is a horrible communication problem. I would definitely not recommend anyone going to this place. It's ironic it is a mental health clinic because it makes my husband's mental health worse.
Had an amazing psychiatrist and therapist at first then all of a sudden they were gone. I like to know I’m seeing the therapist or psych I’m familiar with and who knows me and my situation. The clinic has too high of a turnover to guarantee you’ll be seeing the same therapist or psych week to week. This may work for some patients but not for me. Terrible communication and follow through by office staff.
