Had my first visit there with my daughter today. The Dr. was absolutely lovely! The receptionist needs to go... she is rude and belittling. When i asked questions about appointments, insurance and copay she snapped at me saying that this was explained to my wife over the phone.
I have only been to two visits. I don't know how an office can be so bad. I have called 3 times, left 3 different messages detailing my problem, I still haven't received a call back. Tomorrow will make it one week. I could look past the rude lady at the front desk, the very restricted hours and the cash only policy (is that even legal??? You're a psych and you take insurance, but copay is cash only???) But you're not handling your one job at this point. We have been seeing dr Maria panaret for over 20 years. Awesome Dr. Her receptionist Diane is the rudest , most unprofessional person I have ever met. Not to mention she parks in the handicapped spot every time we would go to an appt? Seriously she’s not handicapped? We stayed because of the DR. No more thank god we have moved on. It is this lady’s job to tell us when are appt is if we lost our appt card not give me a hard time if I call to ask when it is They need to dismiss her she’s the voice of the practice disgrace!!!!!... read more
The RUDEST receptionist I have every dealt with. I was calling as a new patient and will now never step foot into this practice because the front desk woman, Diane treats patients like they are a nuisance. Shocked by her tone and behavior.
