The first provider I’ve seen does not consider what the patient has used in the past for medications. They are rude. I got switched to a different provider after our session was over. They want me to go through tons of medications and refuse to prescribe any medication that you have used in the past that you know have worked for you Staff is rude. You can’t get in touch with them. I liked my provider (LaVonnie Joiner). But thats the only thing I liked about this place. During my consult Ms. Joiner asked me several questions about my medical history- all of which was detailed in the records I sent over in advance. When I told Ms. Joiner that, she said they don’t have any time to look at any records at all bc of how many patients they see.
