Well, I have to say it’s no wonder this place is rated so low. I tried to call Neal Bisht for an appointment multiple times. He ignored my calls, never called me back, even though I left my name number everything they asked for. When I finally called him one afternoon, he asked for my husband’s email address, So that he could email him so that we could start scheduling. Jim is great, he actually listens and you can tell he really cares. I love him haha every now and then he keeps me on my toes which is a good thing because I'm lazy. Everytime a session ends I feel like a loads taken off me. He is a great therapist. Please don't let anyone dissuade you from this. Dr.bischt is sooo sweet and caring too, she never rushes me. Neil is top notch too, he always is willing to work with you and has the best voice for the phone. He has such a calming presence. James c
The receptionist is beyond amazing, smart, helpful, handles all aspects 100%. The therapist Jim was extremely open and easy to talk to. I was beyond nervous, but I would definitely hire him as a therapist the psychiatrist was brutal,close minded,antagonizing, hurtful, disrespectful not listening,made me cry and give up. She was unresponsive to my real situation trying to be a primary care doctor when I already have a neurologist and a sleep Dr and refused to focus on my life right now for help with anxiety. I spent time seeing Dr. Geeta Bisht and her staff since 2015. It was a great experience overall for psychiatric care and I thank her for helping aid me in receiving my Social Security Disability letter. She is a good care provider and I recommend her practice to any American seeking to be treated with dignity and compassion. Thank you Neuropsychiatric Associates and Team.
Dr. Hyun Kim is an excellent psychologist but it is almost impossible to work with the support staff. They don't pick up the phone if you hit the scheduling or front desk option, you always have to leave a message. Also, when they mailed me the USB drive with my confidential medical records on it they used a regular envelope instead of a bubble envelope and all I received was a torn envelope without the USB drive.
