I contacted this practice to schedule an intake appointment for testing and completed the relevant online forms. However, there were two forms that did not apply to me: one regarding medication and the other for the release of information. I neither need medication nor do I want my information released. Edit as of 7/25/25: Going down to 1 star. I was overcharged months ago and have been trying since then to get a refund. They've continually stonewalled me. It's not even that much money but at this point it's out of principle that I'm determined to get it back. I think at this point although I really love the provider, it's not worth the inevitable billing hassles anymore. If you're considering this practice as a new patient, my advice is AVOID. Worked with the counselor Craig Dupuis for over two years. Got me through one of the toughest times in my life and his counseling helped greatly. I can't thank him enough for the work he did with me. It was truly exceptional!

I’ve been working with Dr. Raja for over two years, and she has been incredibly helpful. She is patient, a great listener, and has worked closely with me to find the best solutions. I highly recommend her!

The council is great but this office is run by no one. This office cannot answer a phone, send an email, or send a fax, even when given literally five chances. They’ve sent me to bloodwork without the correct order four times in a row now. I still haven’t been able to get my bloodwork because this office is unacceptably incompetent. I’m mentally ill and do not need this crap. I plan to find another office immediately. They legit can’t even manage to send me an email. I’m done.
