Pain med pushers get people addicted and i ended in bad shape.
Best pain Doctor I have ever had. When PC,FL office closed I tried 2 others and quick after 2nd visit. I would love to find out if Dr Mustafa Hammad has a pain clinic else. I moved away for 7 yrs from PC, FL and when I came back my insurance referred me back to Dr. Hammad. He remember me. I mean as many patients he had and 7 yrs later
shut down by the feds
The worst Dr. ever!!! He didn’t know what Complex Regional Pain Syndrome was, so he made up a lie & released me as a patient.
The practice is closed. Please stop giving it one star and bad reviews because the number is out of service. Hint??? It means it’s out of business.
