This was my first visit with Dr. Mitesh Lotia, and it was truly a great experience from beginning to end. My first impression was that the waiting room was well-spaced, comfortable, and welcoming. The front desk staff were friendly and personable, and I had the pleasure of interacting with Lourdes during check-in and check-out. It was evident that the staff works well together. Tried to get an appointment for my mother. I sent the referral, filled out the paperwork and sent her medical records. Had to do this before they would even make an appointment. Did my part in two days. Spoke to someone and they said it would take two weeks before someone looks at the paperwork and then calls me to make an appointment. Aren't you a huge hospital Advent Health? Poor customer service. Would not recommend Advent Health for much in the way of their Neurology Department.

Waited 1 year for an appointment with a neurologist. Was on site on time for my appointment - even got a notification from the AdventHealth app saying "we see you're here based on your location" but between parking and waiting for elevators I was 5 minutes late in arriving to the office. Was told I had to reschedule since I was late. The next available appointment? April. It will be 1 year 4 months since I originally tried to make an appointment to when I will be seen by a neurologist. Completely unacceptable, especially fro... read more
