Please avoid this medical doctor. A member of my family was told by another medical professional that they needed to see a neurologist for some brain abnormalities. The first appointment to meet the neurologist was your typical appointment. They ordered an MRI and EEG. We spent Over $700 out of pocket for these tests. The appointment came to review the tests with the doctor and she didn't even review them...THE TESTS THEY ORDERED!!! The worst customer service!
I called this office on May 22 and they scheduled my appointment for July 28. Today is July 8, and they just called to cancel the appointment because the provider won’t be available. Unbelievable! They offered to reschedule for the end of August, as if it doesn’t matter that I’ve already been waiting for over a month. They clearly don’t care about their patients or our time. No earlier date was offered. I’m shocked. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
