I feel really disappointed and offended by one of the staff. Her name is Becky, she works at billing. She was really mean to me and my friends. She said racist comments to us, specially to me, because we were speaking Spanish and she assumed that I didn’t know English.

I recently spoke with Becky, and unfortunately, I encountered a concerning attitude. She seemed uninterested in resolving my issue and became defensive. At one point, she hung up the phone. I believe that not everyone is suited for customer-facing roles, and it's essential to have representatives who can provide empathetic and effective support. I hope you'll take my feedback into consideration to improve your customer service experience.

Took my grandmother for an appointment. Front desk doesn’t even greet you or tells you if they will attend you until minutes later. Only to tell you they don’t do the checking in. Biggest lack of customer service, and they can’t say it’s because they were “busy.” Office was empty and the girl that is supposed to be attending people for check ins didn’t show up until 15 minutes after her appointment.

If you leave a message, they do not return calls promptly. It's been 3 days and my call has not been returned.

THE WORST!!! Called them over 11 times yesterday for my appointment that THEY set up for a PHONE CONFERENCE and they never showed! Then they want to charge me $50.00 for their missed appointment! Called today already 9 times and still no one answers the phone or return calls back! If your MD suggest these idiots, go somewhere else! DO NOT USE! BTW, One of the providers had to Google my situation because she didn't know. Really? Google?
