This place doesn’t answer their phones don’t return calls and my doctor, Dr. Duan she doesn’t know what she is doing. She upped both of my meds at the same time then a few months later she had no idea why I was taking that much and I should’ve have been upped both at the same time. Now even though I was still having seizures once every few months she tried to lower my meds and immediately once I did a couple days of lowered dosages I had a seizure so I started taking my original amount then calling the office 25 times to get... read more
My mother and myself are tired of calling the office, nobody answers. They told me they’d send me a document the next day after the appointment and now it’s been 2 weeks and half, nothing.( I’ve called the office nonstop, mind you) Now I have to take time out of my busy schedule to stop in the office. It’s ridiculous how this medical practice is ran. It’s absolutely terrible, zero stars! They need new staff.
I am a new patient and I have now had 3 appontments, of which all three where canceled by the Dr. office the day before my visit saying the Doctor is too busy. Then they will not call to make an appointment you have to call into there phone service and make another appointment. In my 70 years I have never had this happen and I would advise anyone that wants to see a Doctor to find one who have a little more professionalism. If this is how you are treatment before seeing them, it won;t get better.
I wish that I can talk to a human being that I see when I come in for check ups. When I am facing an urgent matter, I need it addressed by calling someone at the office in Cape Coral.
La peor experiencia con esta oficina, he echo alrededor de unas 20 llamadas y nadie contesta el teléfono, es inaceptable que estés llamando para saber tu copago en un procedimiento que te van a hacer y nadie te de una respuesta porque no contestan , por eso está clínica tiene los peores reviuw, les aconsejo que se cambien a otra oficina porque esta es pésima.
