Today I brought my father, who is recovering from a stroke, to an appointment in the neurology department on the fifth floor. The receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no bedside manner whatsoever. At a time when patients and their families are already dealing with stress and vulnerability, basic kindness and professionalism are the least that should be expected. People come to this department seeking care and support—we felt neither. A very upsetting and disheartening experience.
I've received excellent treatment and service for nearly two years by Anurag Bansal, CNP, Dominique, RN and the entire staff at the Neurology Services At BMC office. I'm actually shocked and saddened by the experience others have had. I'd give them more than 5 stars, if I could. Please keep up the good work, team!
