I was a patient in 2023. The NP provided excellent care and I was very satisfied with his treatment. My concerns are with his staff. On more than one occasion I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment without any update. At one visit I paid my $60 copay with $100 and was initially given the wrong change, which was corrected when I brought it up.
