If 0 was an option that is what I would score the office. Waiting on a prior auth since July 28th! Today is September 23rd! There is absolutely no reason for a prior auth to take more than 2 weeks max if it is actually being worked on. I have called multiple times, no answer. So left multiple messages. Even left work to go in person to get issue resolved over 2 weeks ago. Absolutely NO response from this office. To say Im frustrated is an understatement. Excellent doctor listens and helps but very hard to get anything taken care if U have issues after hours.
Every time I come here I wait almost 2 hours in the lobby before seeing the doctor. They schedule everyones appointment for the same time. Very unsatisfied. Doctor himself gets 5 stars. But the wait time, other staff and their billing system should get 1 star if even that!
