To get a follow up after a severe injury, you have to wait months and months. The girl who answered the phone today was not very nice but rather pretty cold and uncaring. It's really sad. Dr Luke is very nice and I've never even SEEN the actual Neurologist. Also, it's been my experience that they never send the notes from my visit to my primary without being asked by either myself or my primary. Are all those good reviews from a year or more?

The worst experience with staff I have ever had in my life. She didn't listen to me or try to reach the neurologist. In fact, never WAS seen by the expert neurologist - only the assistant. staff lied n about ever being prescribed medication.
