FIRST, LET ME START OFF BY SAYING I DROVE TWO HOURS TO GET TO THIS SO CALLED LOCATION TO HELP ME WITH MY PAIN DUE TO MY WORK RELATED INJURIES. (FIRST VISIT) THE FEMALES IN THE FRONT WERE INCAPABLE OF ANSWERING MY INQUIRY ON WHO WAS GOING TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BILL WITHOUT GETTING UPSET. I HAD TO ASK MULTIPLE TIMES.
