They are the most horrible place I’ve ever been. The physician didn’t see me after 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. if I can give them zero star I would never recommend this place. They barely speak any English

This office is ridiculous. At every appointment they order a test and won’t release the result without a follow up. I requested the order for the test to take it elsewhere and was advised I would have to have primary care write the order because Dr. Cabrera requires any orders she writes be done at the imaging center she owns next door. That’s a Stark Law violation which has been reported to CMS, because doctors are not allowed to exclusively refer to entities they own.

Poor communication. Very childlike behavior. Unprofessional! Staff was literally singing at the top of their lungs. You would have thought that you were at a children’s playground as opposed to a healthcare facility. I highly doubt that I would ever return there for their services again. One time when I went, and I was checking in at the front desk, they were literally handing out sticks of gum to one another and chatting as opposed to taking care of the patient that was waiting there patiently. Horrible!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Neurology of Central Florida and was told I would be seeing a medical doctor. Based on that information, I confirmed the appointment and showed up as scheduled. When I arrived, I was informed that I would be seen by a nurse practitioner instead. When I asked about seeing the doctor, I was then told that the doctor is not accepting new patients. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I saw FNP L. Rosado during a very fragile moment in my life, and I’m so grateful I did. He took the time not only to review my medical concerns but also to truly understand my life story — where I am now, where I’ve come from, and how I can move forward.
