Horrible I went to a visit they told me I had missed a visit I had never made a visit that they were talking about they wanted 160$ for a missed appointment visit that was never made my co pay is 40$ they seem to only care about certain people. Was referred to this office because Advent health was backed up until March. As a new patient they called and asked for me to email over pictures of my insurance card days before my appointment. I did so, on the phone with them many days before my appointment. I show up for my appointment after taking off work and they say they can’t contact my insurance provider because it’s a holiday. Be careful if you ever ever become a patient and then CANCEL - they will call you nonstop!!, biweekly,!! and harass you about coming back. !! It doesn’t matter who you speak to when you call and you asked to be taken off the list. They will keep calling. They will call for months. They will call for a year. , They will fill up your voice messages . They don’t seem to understand English because when you asked to be taken off the list, they don’t take you off the list . Dr. Cabrera has made a significant difference in my overall well being. She is caring, respectful and explains treatment options and plans. Wait times can be expected, simply because the high level of care provided in-office demands time with each patient. Bring your phone or a book.
