It'd be zero stars if possible and if the doctor doing the EEG hadn't been kind. The other doctor was a complete jerk when reviewing my EEG and waived me off, leaving me dismayed. I saw them in 2021. It was also quite sketchy that they only took cash. Not debit or anything. Just cash. I had to go pull out like $450 in cash and go back. I was desperate at the time, so I did it, only to then be waived off after due to my seizures being PNES. Staff is very rude. U don’t want to deal with that.
Staff is very rude and they always keep you on hold.They are very unprofessional. If you report it to the staff that you had a seizure. They make it hard for you to see the doctor and they're very confrontational. I stay away from confrontational people because I live a very peaceful happy life. I am in process of finding another neurologist. I don't got a problem with the doctor. I got the problem with the staff.
