I had a wonderful experience when coming in to the office with Dr. Juan Ros-Escalante and Mrs. Katherine Matos, MSN, APRN, FNP-C. They explained everything very well. The doctor was extremely nice and described my problem and treatment in a way I understood. I was very impressed with the service. very nice staff and doctor asked all necessary questions and he prescribed the correct medication
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My first visit was extremely overwhelming. Dr. Escalante talks at you and very fast, leaving little breath space for questions. After receiving referrals for further testing, I have gone on a goose chase trying to get in contact with him for insurance clearance requirements and referral corrections. As of today I have left countless messages with no call backs and have stopped by his office during business hours four separate times to find it closed. I have a follow up appointment t... read more
