I’m disappointed with the appointment system at this department. I scheduled an appointment 3months in advance but it was cancelled after waiting for two months as the doctor can’t make it, without offering a new appointment time. Instead, I was asked to extend my referral so try primary care and was told no appointments available in 6 months. A patient should not be treated like this.
