I have called 6 times and filled out their online forms twice and have never once received a call back to schedule an appointment or to have any questions answered. Their answering service will say they will mark it as urgent or important yet no one calls back. This is an Amazing concept and service offered IF you can make an appointment.
This is the worst service you could have!!they said will call you to make an appointment but never call you back; I had to call again; there is only an answer service but they just take your phone number. Then after you finally got the appointment and did your test, they never sent the results to your doctor so here go again calling to the answer service and waiting for ever to somebody call me back to resolve the problem!!! Don’t use this company they are the WORST!!
This is a small company that cares about its patients and offers exceptional services and prices. If it wasn’t for them, I wouldn’t have been able to afford diagnostic exams.
