I haven’t had many issues with this facility They’re very kind and helpful
If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. I saw Melissa Short in office and she gave me hope that she would help me with debilitating daily headaches I was experiencing. She agreed to fill out paperwork that I had brought to the appointment and said her PA would follow up with me once it was completed the following week. My Mom seen Joy Triggs. Joy is very compassionate and made Mom feel at ease. She took the time to explain things. Joy is a 10!
I called this office 4 days ago. After being put on hold for a while, the lady returned to my call and said that she would have a scheduler call me. I have been waiting ever since. I am very thankful that I wasn't calling a Cardiologist because I had been experiencing chest pains. I have never called a medical office and not been given an appointment before ending the call. Totally unprofessional. I only gave them one star because I couldn't post without giving them something. My choice would be zero.
I have mixed feelings about my sisters experience with Theresa Triggs. On the positive side, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to navigating insurance and ensuring patients are prescribed the appropriate medication—she's very efficient in that regard. However, her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I found her approach to be unprofessional and lacking in empathy. If you have other options, I would recommend seeing a different provider at this practice.
