I called this office 4 days ago. After being put on hold for a while, the lady returned to my call and said that she would have a scheduler call me. I have been waiting ever since. I am very thankful that I wasn't calling a Cardiologist because I had been experiencing chest pains. I have never called a medical office and not been given an appointment before ending the call. Totally unprofessional. I only gave them one star because I couldn't post without giving them something. My choice would be zero.
I have mixed feelings about my sisters experience with Theresa Triggs. On the positive side, she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to navigating insurance and ensuring patients are prescribed the appropriate medication—she's very efficient in that regard. However, her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. I found her approach to be unprofessional and lacking in empathy. If you have other options, I would recommend seeing a different provider at this practice.
Unfortunately, we had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a doctor or their offices in all my 45 years (Spring Mills location). We were referred here to evaluate getting on a different epilepsy medication in order to conceive. The current medication came with certain risks but have been stable for 20 years on the current medication. A doctor who doesn't have time to discuss the results of MRI with patient. Had to wait over 3 months to come into the office to discuss. It's all about the money.
Dr. Vu best doc out there hands down. I suffered for 20 yrs with headaches and migraines and he gave me relief in one appointment that specialists couldn't do in years of appointments. Highly recommend them for everyone with any and all neurological issues and pains.
