Unfortunately, we had the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a doctor or their offices in all my 45 years (Spring Mills location). We were referred here to evaluate getting on a different epilepsy medication in order to conceive. The current medication came with certain risks but have been stable for 20 years on the current medication. Like someone else mentioned, you can't speak to anyone to schedule an appointment. I called twice to schedule but no one in that department is available to talk. So you leave a message... it's been a week and still no return call. I'll going to pass on this office!
I haven’t had many issues with this facility They’re very kind and helpful
If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. I saw Melissa Short in office and she gave me hope that she would help me with debilitating daily headaches I was experiencing. She agreed to fill out paperwork that I had brought to the appointment and said her PA would follow up with me once it was completed the following week.
