Dr Boxan is a good doctor. However, he is not in control of his Billing Dept. I was a patient of his for 3 years with Clover Insurance.paying my deductible each visit, however starting with my January and February appts. I received notice from Clover, they were denying payment. I reported to Dr Boxman on my next visit, April 9 th. That there was a billing problem ( I received no bills from his office) he verbally told me that the problem was through his billing service. very unprofessional. I have been there more than a year ago and they still want to charge me $4.80 I had paid the first bill. I talked to the staff and they tell me medicare isn't covering , the testing was done which I had to pay out of pocket . That,s when I thought wow how can they do that. I even called medicare and they say they should not be asking me for these payments. I absolutely will not pay this invoice
