I work for an urgent care center, and in calling this clinic to follow up with a patients appointment status the staff was EXTREMELY RUDE over the phone. Speaking to me as if I was dumb and couldn't comprehend what they were saying. Raising their voice at me, If this is how they deal with business I can only imagine how they must deal with their clients. VERY RUDE. Not getting referrals again.
