My appointment was an hour and nine minutes ago. I'm in the exam room waiting and have been waiting, in here for the Dr, for 22 minutes. Unless you would like to WASTE an entire afternoon waiting, try everything possible to go anywhere else. Finally got to see a PA one hour and thirty nine minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Not even the person I was scheduled to see. Definitely not a productive appointment.
If you have a loved one with dementia this is not the place just generic band aid help
The staff here are super nice. I was greeted with a smile. It was my first visit. The receptionist took me thru step by step in the new patient process. I was called back within 3 minutes. The nurse was excellent. She took time to explain everything. Dr Kanabar came in and was super nice, interested in my health and actually took the time to talk to me one on one.
