After waiting 6 months for appointment and another couple of months for testing, I was told that they couldn’t give me info about my tests because they no longer accepted my insurance. I was told that I had to find another neurologist . What kind of doctor leaves you hanging
If the front desk ever decide to grace you with answering your call (I tried 6 times over 3 days), the front desk goblin will be rude to you and hang up after a single question.
Dr. Li lacks basic skills in compassion and communication. Terrible experience and total waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs. It doesn't take a medical degree to practice basic customer service. I do not know about the other Doctors but this Doctor is not going to help promote this clinic. Stay away.
I cant rate the doctors there because I cant get an appointment. The staff never answers the phone and they don't return voice messages.
