My appointment was canceled without any notice and now they charge me for a missing appointment, charged me $20 !!! Not a good way to run your business.
Been trying to diagnose my headaches for months and seen many different doctors and neurologists. Was hopeful this visit would yield some help but I was very wrong. The doctor barely spoke, was unwilling to address my concerns or questions, kept asking “anything else” after not making any effort to diagnose or understand, and finally when I said the word concussion he acted as if I had just said the worst word on the planet. I have been a patient of Dr. Ansher for many years. He is very knowledgeable and a very good doctor.
I had my appointment today for consultation. I left more than satisfied with front to end services. Basically no wait time. Dr. Li listened and addressed my concerns in a respectful and professional way. Clerk was really professional as well. So far, a great experience.
