THE REVIEWS DIDN’T LIE! Dr. Epperson has awful bedside manner! He rushed the entire procedure. Rambled AND rushed through the results. Didn’t even give any direct answers as to what the problem was. Will cut you off while talking with a condescending tone. He’s a joke. If you have an older relative seeing him, I suggest you find another compassionate, specialist or go with them to their appointment. I felt so bad seeing elderly & disabled patients in the lobby because I can only imagine how badly he treated them.
Just getting started, still in testing phase and have not seen a doctor yet. BUT, I certainly hope their medical skills surpass their communication skills. They NEVER answer the telephone; I have yet to receive a response to voicemails.
No one never answers the phone I can never get anyone I've even had to drive to the office to get someone to fill my prescription in the past right now I've been waiting maybe close to a month to get my prescription Did I mention you will only see the actual doctor once and then you'll see someone under him... They also stopped my prescription at the pharmacy without notice they want me to take another nerve test that I've already taken and the insurance doesn't cover they are money hungry Worst place just drive to Birmingha... read more
