If I could give zero stars, I would. This place shouldn't even have license to practice. Unprofessional, rude, lazy staff, and office is very dirty. When I asked to payment copay the lady at the front desk said they dont bill for the co-pays until insurance pays their portion even though I knew what my co-pay was.
I'm posting this review now because my disabled mother was recently seen by Dr. Said Dahbour and *also* experienced extremely disrespectful behavior from him. I wish 0 stars were an option, but sadly 1 will have to be the lowest I can choose. I rarely, if EVER post reviews, but this experience was necessary to share. Sadly, they let my wife run out of anti-seizure medications TWICE! Even though we request refills/renewals at every appt These meds are CRITICAL. Highly disappointed and will be filing a formal complaint.
