I used to go to Dr Presgrave I had a major headache that has been going for 1 and a half years I wanted to have a Botox first he charged me over $1000 for 3 visits and he made me do 4 blood tests which costed me $237 each blood test and after that he didn’t even give me the right medicines he found nothing . THIS IS NOT A DOCTOR ITS JUST FREE MONEY FOR HIM
I have been a patient of Dr Presgraves for over 18years now and have always had pleasant experiences with both him and his staff at his Hawkesbury office. The reason I am giving such a poor rating is purely because of his receptionist Anne at his Bankstown office. Anne is rude, abrupt and un caring.
