Dr. White is an amazing physician who truly cares about his patients
Called to schedule an appointment with the clinic, I see several specialists through UTSouthwestern and since I have a PPO it’s never been a problem. Upon calling to set the appointment, a young lady answered the phone with a nasty attitude. After I told her I’d be a new patient she went on a rant about needing a referral, and I explained I see several specialists at UTSouthwestern and since I have two PPOs I’ve never needed a referral. We want our daughter to be seen by their movement specialist but they denied us. My daughter was brought in for uncontrollable body movements. They had to bring a bed out to the front of the ER and two nurses had to bear hug her to get her from the car to the bed because her movements were so violent. Once in the ER, they started an IV and assessed her. We gave them all the information about her FND.
