Client beware! The place is filthy. And dirty. It intensely smells like mold. The front desk staff do not tell the truth and are incredibly difficult to work with. Sadly, the doctor who runs the place seems incredibly off. She is NOT a champion of her clients. Sadly, no patients are waiting to see the doctor. Those are the smart ones. Sincerely, I beg of you, do not go into this doctor's office in less you want one of the worst, most deplorable experiences of all time.
While Dr Cokgor is a great resource for Brain Hralth and care, her staff is not. When calling to ask questions about my Moms care, I was told by the staff that I had to pay and come in for an appointment to ask a question of the Doctor. This is absolutely unheard of and ridiculous. Why would ANY DOCTORS OFFICE require a POA to pay to get information on a patients care. For this reason alone I would avoid this office. Nuerology is very complex. Dr Cokgor made it understandable and helped in my healing in a very big way! I trust her completely and Im deeply grateful to her..
Horrible experience since my last visit. She was rushing through the appointment and didn't listen to my other concerns. She didn't explain my diagnosis and prescribed me medication told me to follow up in a month.I asked her I needed a note it felt like it was bothering her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt due to being my first visit. So doing my second visit over the phone i was only on the phone with her for 4 minutes, she just asked how I'm doing with the medication and if I am feeling better.
