We got a bill for $7080 for Neuromonitoring after the doctor here told us that she reads EEG results herself but guess instead it was sent out to an outside group that's not covered by our insurance without our knowledge! So disappointed
I was going to be late because we drove through a snow storm on the way here from sioux city. Called to say we'd be 10 min late, sat on hold the whole time! Hung up because we were by the hospital! Then spent 25 min circling the hospital trying to find out how and where to park because of the road work! Only to end up parking completely on the opposite side and having to walk through to get to the right spot! Only for her to tell me I have to reschedule because I'm late!
