I have had nothing but a great experience with Dr. Potes and his nurse's helpful, friendly, and very caring.
I'd give zero stars, but I can't. I'm sure they are very nice people but they earn a ZERO when it comes to service, follow up phone calls, or getting information. Choose another practice. They clearly do not value customer service.
Horrible service!!!
I adore Dr. Potes! Any doctors' office is going to have issues with wait time, overbooking, and people just not wanting to be there. I wish other patients understood what TWO physicians had to endure with such a heavy caseload of patients in this area alone. I feel for these two physicians. I am just grateful for Dr. Potes and how he has helped me.
