I love Dr Lee and Casey, but his front office lady is rude. She tries to tell me every single time I go in that my copay is $200 when I know it’s not. I have to argue every time and be told I either pay it or I can’t be seen. Today I had new insurance and gave that to them when I made my appt. She said they hadn’t verified it so I would have to pay $200 or wait a couple of hours to be seen. This happens every single time I come in.
If possible please find another neurologist. If you have to take your love one’s to Atlanta do so. This has.been the worst experience. They will tell you one thing and when you get here it’s another. The lady at the front desk needs to be fired. She has no clue to what she is doing.
