Carolyn McKnight is awesome - one of her office staff has failed in doing the simple task like faxing records to specialist something so simple . When asked about why this was not done this office staff called me a liar- I cannot trust this office to take care of myself any longer.
Disappointed with a serious oversight—EKG wasn’t sent to the heart doctor, and one of the office staff ignored my husband's report of chest pain. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and needs to be addressed. After 5 years of being a patient at this office we can no longer trust the front office person to carry though - Mangement refuses to address this person lack of skills
