I had an appointment cancelled because my neurologist did not advise the appointments desk, he was out the week of my appointment. I called to book a new appointment and was told they could not re-book my appointment due to a billing alert on my account. I was transferred to billing, no answer. I called again to convey my dissatisfaction. I was then told the alert was old from January due to a bad debt on my account that was not removed! THERE WAS NO BAD DEBT. I saw this provider around 2014 and just received another bill (in May 2021!) for a $15.80 miscellaneous charge dated 10/16/2020. I've called multiple times to have this charge removed and they apologize and say they started a new billing system. I believed that the first time. Now I wonder if there is more to this situation.
