I took my mother here after getting a referral from her PCP. The front office staff were friendly, the facility is clean, and the wait time is no more than to be expected for the average doctor’s visit. However, that is where pleasantries end. Our interactions with the Doctor himself, Dr. Lu (please excuse any spelling error), were very unpleasant to say the least.
