Dr. Caputy purposely crippled me for life. In 1997 he performed a simple discectomy on 1 disc in my lower back: supposedly. He sent me home after surgery with 10 painkillers. I was in excruciating pain and then he told the Insurance Company I could go back to work after 10 days. My job was Master Electrician that involved heavy lifting.
