This is an excellent practice with high-quality providers and staff. The office address is no longer on Poplar Church Road, it is now located a few seconds away at 423 N. 21st St, 3rd floor. It's basically across the parking lot of Holy Spirit Hospital.
This is a very busy office. The staff are working full tilt; despite their workload, they were pleasant. My wait time was 13 minutes. I was originally seen by a PA, Donna, who I was pretty happy with. We discussed my sleep study results and potential options moving forward. She listened to my concerns with certain types of interventions and we discussed other options that I would be more comfortable with. I spent 15 to 20 minutes with her. Then, I saw the doctor.
